  • Discuss cross-contamination in depth and how to navigate any dining situation

Choice 2: Grocery Store Tour
  • Browse your favorite grocery store and practice reading labels to help you easily find gluten-free foods in the future
  • Learn what other nutrients to look for to improve the quality of your gluten-free diet
  • Learn money-saving tips for minimizing the cost of gluten-free foods

Session Three

  • Adjust your personalized diet or supplement recommendations from follow-up medical appointments or blood tests
  • Discuss any challenges you’re encountering with your gluten-free lifestyle, whether it be with spouses and family, social life, work, or a change in your physical symptoms. 

Eating Disorder Wrap-Around Services

Many individuals with eating disorders are either unable to take a leave from life to attend a treatment program, or are ready to work on normal-eating skills in their own home environment rather than a treatment environment. This package is designed for those who are medically stable for outpatient level of care as approved by your physician and collaborated with your therapist.

Mindful Eating

  • Experience food with all your senses and break automated or compulsive eating

  • Only in medically-stable and therapeutically-appropriate patients. Please note this is NOT a personal training session, and I will not instruct you on how to participate in physical activity.
  • Practice moving for the sake of feeling alive, rather than for burning calories or toning your body
  • Get over the mental barriers to riding a bike, walking, jogging, playing tennis, swimming, or doing any other activity you enjoy
  • Discuss and correct disordered thoughts around physical activity
