​Janelle Smith is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) based in Southern California, specializing in treating gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies, eating disorders, and other challenges to living with restricted diets. She a CDR Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist through IAEDP. 

She utilizes Intuitive Eating and Mindfulness principles in nutrition therapy, integrating psychology and behavior change to help individuals understand and be at peace with the role that food plays in their life.
